For BIAA-GROUP (« BIAA-GROUP » or « us »), the protection of your privacy in connection with information provided on our website is very important to us. For this reason, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data, in particular about its use, its transmission to third parties, its storage as well as its destruction.

We fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) No. 2016/679.

The GDPR is a unique European regulation designated to protect citizens’ privacy against the new realities of the digital world.

It entered into application on 25 May 2018 throughout Europe. Its objective is to ensure the protection of the personal data of European citizens: customers, prospects, suppliers, business partners, employees, etc.

1. Personal data
Personal data ("data") are all data relating to an identified or identifiable person. You give us your data, in particular by subscribing to our newsletter or during promotional campaigns. As a general rule, they are limited to the following information: surname, first name, address, postcode and city, country, telephone number, e-mail address or date of birth. We also record your IP address.

We also collect data via cookies, including your IP address, geolocation, browsing data, click through click data and the duration of your sessions on our website. Your requests for linking to other websites (e.g. your Facebook account) may also provide us with information about you.

Personal data related to financial transactions (e.g. your credit card details) are not transmitted to us. The use of these data is subject to the data protection rules and policies of the websites and platforms responsible for processing these transactions.

We only send you information if you have given us permission to do so. You can change your mind without further notice and unsubscribe at any time by letting us know, either by e-mail or through the link provided in our newsletters.

In addition, we also collect your data when you apply for a position. Of course, all these data will be deleted within the legal deadlines.

2. Use
Our goal is to provide you with the information you have subscribed to, or services that may improve our websites so that you have a better user experience. The security of your personal data is an absolute priority for us.

By accepting this data protection policy, you authorize us to collect, store and use your personal data for the following purposes:

3. Transmission of data
In principle, we do not pass on your data to third parties. However, there are exceptions, for example when we have to comply with our legal obligations. In addition, you may be communicate, when appropriate, to the following groups:

We also use cookies to improve the quality and security of our services and communications. A cookie is a small packet of data exchanged between computers. We also use cookies and similar technologies (retargeting from Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) for personalised content and advertising.

5. Security
In order to protect your data against unauthorised use, we apply technical and organisational measures. We improve our measures in line with technological advances.

Data requiring special protection, such as bank data, are not forwarded/transmitted to us. They are subject to the data protection guidelines of our partner suppliers.

6. Destruction of data
We keep your data only for the duration permitted by applicable law. Your data will then be deleted. The data of unsuccessful candidates will also be destroyed within the legally prescribed period.

7. Right of objection and data protection issues
You can of course object to the use of your personal data at any time. A simple request to the email address:
